Definition:
Frequent and repeated bowel movements of unformed, watery stool.
This condition is usually the result of unwanted organisms in the
intestinal tract. It can also be caused by food sensitivities or
undigested food.
Symptoms:
Frequent and sometimes-explosive bowel movements usually accompanied
by cramping and spasm.
Holistic Treatment Plan:
It is important to eliminate pathogenic organisms, which are usually
the cause of most cases of diarrhea. Eliminating all raw foods helps
to reduce the possibility of adding more unwanted bacteria to the
gastrointestinal tract.
