Sulfur
Sulfur is very important in the building of healthy new cells. It allows the cells to be more pliable and permeable which in turn helps the transfer of nutrients into the cell, and the removal of toxins out of the cell. Sulfur can be found in: eggs, cabbage, fish, red meat, chicken, wheat germ, and sea food. Methyl sulfonyl methane (MSM) is an excellent way of providing large amounts of sulfur when needed. Proper supplementation can have a dramatic effect in improving conditions like chronic fatigue, arthritis, muscle pain, immune dysfunction, and digestive disorders. MSM has been found to be safe for people who are allergic to sulfur drugs. MSM is available in health food stores.
